Do you have experience of providing trustee secretarial services to trust-based pension arrangements? We have a wonderful opportunity for you to join this well renowned consulting firm. Your new role will include organising trustee meetings, drafting agendas, producing meeting packs and preparing trustee papers. Alongside the trustee secretarial work you will also be involved in a broad mixture of client and non-client work which could include procurement exercises, Trustee governance reviews, communication exercises, flexible benefits projects and pensions management support.
You will have a working knowledge of trustee documents such as a calendar of events, conflicts registers, risk registers and training logs. You must have strong communication skills, being able to communicate effectively both orally and in written communications. We are seeking someone who is confident, with a good telephone manner who is able to explain complex issues to others.
It is essential you have a strong foundational knowledge of pensions and be motivated to continue to develop this knowledge through attending training courses and on-the-job experience.
