This is a unique opportunity to join a department that oversees several multi-employer pension schemes in an industry that has undergone significant restructuring. Reporting to the Head of Group Pensions, you will provide support with the development, management and operation of the pension schemes. Acting as Scheme Secretary to the trustee board and sub-committee, managing change exercises such as mergers and acquisitions, implementing and developing pensions policies, investment strategy, benefit reform and managing the transfer of the existing third party administrators. To be considered for this position you will ideally be part/fully PMI qualified and have professional experience of the operation of DB/DC pension arrangements. Strong technical knowledge is essential along with some exposure of providing secretariat services.
