You will administer all aspects of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions schemes from cradle to grave.
Maintaining membership records on the administration system and calculating benefits for members; i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths.
Dealing with general queries from members, the employer and the trustees by telephone, email and letter. Assisting in the preparation of the annual benefit statements
Utilising experience gained within pensions, you will be able to highlight problems and suggest ways to make improvements.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Relevant professional qualifications desired.
