An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic professional trustee company based in Central London. You will be providing scheme and project support to the Senior Trustee Associates, Trustee Managers and Directors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing first draft of meeting agendas
* Assisting with arrangements for trustee meetings
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Liaising with trustees and advisors between meetings
* Preparing and updating detailed business plans
* Responding to routine member queries
* Amending and proof reading documents
* Assisting with adviser tender exercises
* Providing support on ad hoc projects

Experience & Skills required:

* Experience of working with pension schemes and advisors
* Scheme secretarial services, including minute taking
* Ideally of graduate level or equivalent
* Ideally PMI / part PMI qualified
* Previous experience of preparing marketing and tendering documents
* Presentation abilities and article writing
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good communication skills
* Good numeracy skills
* Attention to detail
* Teamwork skills
