An expanding, well known pensions consultancy based in Essex is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Performing all intermediary and complex pensions administration
* Project management
* Assisting and mentoring more junior staff members of the team
* Deputising for the Administration Manager when required
* Managing client relationships with Trustees and scheme members
* Participating in trustee meetings when necessary
* Keeping abreast of technical and legislative developments

To apply you will have:

* Pensions administration experience
* Experience of dealing with Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes
* Experience of current pension legislation and framework
* Experience of mentoring more junior members of staff
* Excellent communication skills
* Good numerical skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Project management experience
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
* A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
* A positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
