Newly-created global opportunity with the in-house Reward team of this major employer.
You will assist business as usual operations of the global compensation and benefits, including pensions, programmes, projects and strategic change delivery.
Supports the Senior Pensions & Benefits Manager in ensuring that global compensation and benefits programmes attract and retain key talent, and are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices, whilst being aligned with Company strategy.
Supports the completion and delivery of salary surveys, job evaluation process and annual projects such as bonus payments, pay review, total reward statements and Gender Pay Reporting (GPR), in a timely and accurate manner.
With experience of managing and delivering employee benefits programmes, draw on current technical knowledge gained across pensions (DB and/or DC) and benefits, exposure to wider compensation and international benefits would be beneficial.
