In this role you will lead from the front, manage the teams, appraisal development, training, day to day tasks, hitting SLA’s as well as overseeing project work that will include pension increases, benefit statements, bulk transfers and valuation processing.
Proactively look for initiatives to improve upon the efficiency’s, devise and implement new processes and procedures to enhance client delivery.
Utilise excellent technical knowledge, acting as a source of technical information across the team and liaising with external suppliers.
Previous experience within a Pensions Admin Management role is essential, Sound technical knowledge and the ability to lead a team is also key. Previous pensions project experience would be beneficial
