Varied and challenging in-house opportunity for a Project Specialist as you manage a corporate-driven pensions simplification project.
You will have demonstrable expertise in managing a wide range of internal project stakeholders including finance, legal, HR and communications and external advisors.
Skilled in budget management, tracking progress and managing variances. Monitor project timescales, build dependency models, detailed project plans and project risk registers, escalating risks and issues, maintain and monitor action logs to ensure delivery of project outcomes.
A strategically-minded project manager, with a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, you will have gained at least some experience of UK DB (defined benefit) pensions plans ideally including scheme mergers. Experience of project management tools (MS Project or similar).
