Head of Employee Benefits/Corporate Pensions
£70,000 - £100,000 depending on experience (+ equity, bonus and benefits)
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and respected boutique wealth management firm in Buckinghamshire. This organisation has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional advice and as a result have a loyal client bank and grown through referrals. The firm was founded by an eminent financial planner and has doubled in size over the last year and is still continuing to grow through referrals!
They are seeking an established Head of Employee Benefits or Senior Employee Benefits consultant with leadership qualities with holistic Employee Benefits experience including Pensions, Health, and Group Risk.
The purpose of the role is to oversee a healthy book of corporate business and take care/ownership of the current Employee Benefits (EB) business. This person will assist in identifying opportunities to upsell more EB services to the current client base and attend client meetings. Currently the EB business is generating a healthy revenue stream so this person will take ownership of maintaining that revenue and then grow it.
This is a client facing role managing a small complex corporate book of DC & DB Schemes. There will also be an opportunity to deliver into other areas of Employee Benefits.
To apply for this role it is essential that you have previous experience working in DB or DC Pensions schemes ideally from another EB consultancy or Wealth Management company and have knowledge of Employee Benefits.
The ideal candidate maybe currently a Head of Employee Benefits for a SME or an Employee Benefits /Pensions Consultant/Advisor ready for the next step up.
You must have CF30 level 4 or above or DIP PFS or QCF level 4.
