Communications Manager, DC, Berkshire
This position will be managing the pension communications for an established Master Trust, where you will improve, re-brand and re-draft the existing member communications. We are seeking someone who can develop internal communications, collaborate with the existing teams including administration and technical to product a variety of automated literature both print and digital. Working within the DC team with a focus on promotion of the Master Trust you will consider the member journey and ensure there are automated member letters and guidance through each stage of the pension, to explaining the benefits of joining, how to join, suspending membership, transferring, leaving and retirement. This will include contribution levels, drawdown, pension payments and literature on investments. You will be a creative individual with a good eye for detail, ensuring member communications remain interesting and current and this will also include guides, newsletters and benefits statements.
