This independent Employee benefits consultancy has an opportunity to join their expanding Employee Benefits team. The new business consultant will need to develop and deliver a robust sales proposition, which is market leading, profitable, innovative and supports the goals of the Business. You will also be required to ensure that the sales activity is maintained at levels which support the goals of the business and to ensure absolute compliance with regulatory standards and continuous personal development. Opportunities to cross sell across all parts of the consulting services would be strongly encouraged. This role would be suitable for an individual with a high degree of customer service focus and with a minimum of 3 years experience specialising in either, Healthcare, Group Risk or Flexible Benefits. It is essential that you have at least 3 years experience delivering "employee benefits solutions" to FTSE 250 organisations and can demonstrate a proven track record in new income generation of at least 15% of portfolio value exclusively through Account Development activity.
