Client Director (DC Pensions) - Surrey
This is a role to manager key client relationships for your own portfolio of DC Schemes and also to improve the delivery of services for the entire client facing team. The key skill set will be the ability to build and develop long term relationships for client retention and business growth. You will introduce initiatives to improve client services and also be involved with representing the firm at prospect client pitches, alongside the Business Development Team. Your knowledge will be in large DC pensions and workplace products. You will manage the department’s revenue and be commercially aware of financial performance. We are seeking a manger, looking for their next career step into Directorship, someone who can identify best practice and take ownership for reporting, planning and developing both clients and the team of Consultants. You should be an influencer who is a strong communicator and a pensions professional ideally from a DB/DC background with APMI or similar qualifications.
