This boutique Actuarial Consulting and Third Party Pension Administration firm are looking to hire experienced Defined Benefits/Final Salary pension administrators to join their growing West Midlands based operation.

You will be responsible for owning your own portfolio of schemes, and will do all of the associated administrative tasks along with being the focal point of contact for your schemes.
You will have an absolute minimum of 1 years’ experience of administering occupational defined benefit/final salary schemes and will be comfortable with performing manual calculations for all member events such as joiners, leavers, retirements, deaths etc.
The client would also be interested in administrators who have significantly more experience, who can be involved in more complex administration, peer reviewing colleagues work and guiding and mentoring less experienced members of staff.
