As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will maintain and develop further knowledge of Pension schemes within the team. The role also requires you to mentor junior associates and hold regular feedback sessions while supervising to make sure junior associates work efficiently and within deadlines. Also provide basic learning and development opportunities for junior associates.
- Ability to provide a personal and caring service
- Must be technically astute and able to competently carry out a 360 Senior Pensions Administrator role
- Proficient with Pay Review and checking
- Must have a strong background in DB or DC pensions
- 3 years’ experience within Pension Administration
Based only 10 minutes from the city centre, our client also has local car parks for people driving or alternatively has a shuttle bus service in the morning and evening for those who use public transport.
