Your main duties and responsibilities will include defining pension strategy and ensuring your employer is competitive within the marketplace, as there are other similar organisations providing the same service.  You will act as the subject matter expert in all matters relating to pensions.  This will include keeping up to date with changes in pension legislation and the impact on existing pension arrangements.  You will also provide technical support to the internal Pensions and Payroll team.  You will manage all internal processes, policies and communications relating to pensions, ensuring compliance with necessary legislation and regulation.  You will represent your employer and its subsidiaries at employer forums and workshops as appropriate.
