Pension Client Director - Communicaitons, London
Communications are changing, iphones, tablets, TV’s enable individual’s to access their pension provision at any time and in any location, and we are seeking an experienced Pension Communications professional to manage a very impressive portfolio of clients. The role is varied, it will be supported by a team of more junior Consultants and will incorporate team development and training, but key will be the ability to work with clients, listen and then produce robust communication business plans to set the scene for delivery, strategy, brand, audience and member engagement. This firm is at the forefront of supporting many FTSE100 companies with their communication work on behalf of both the employer and Trustees. They have a superb reputation in the market and are now investing in the London based team to enhance the service provision further. The team work in harmony and the business collaborate to support creative flair and modern technology. Managing your own clients, you will commercially consider areas to develop business for DB and DC Pension Schemes. Client meetings are frequent, as is video conferencing and you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar position where you have taken responsibility and delivered communication strategies to large UK household names. You will negotiate customer agreements, manage budgets, project manage and ensure delivery of work is to the highest standard.
