Head of Risk, Quality & Audit - Derbyshire
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager from a TPA or similar background in a unique and demanding role for a high profile client. You will work autonomously in a large team of pension professionals where you will undertake auditing the administration service to support client retention. Key to your skills will be corporate DC scheme management knowledge and the ability to work in a client facing role. We are seeking a clear communicator, able to challenge internal processes undertake training and report directly to the client both employer and Trustees if inconsistencies occur. It is very important to be confident, technically strong and a credible. Taking responsibility for the Risk Register, reporting on SLAs, ensuring they meet legislative standards, regulatory guidelines and the Trust Deed & Rules. You will review and audit work which will include testing, undertake integral monitoring, establish internal controls and challenge inconsistencies as well as identify and providing training when required. Key skills will be hands on ability to calculate DC Pensions and understand scheme rules, whilst considering service turnaround times.
