The in-house pension function of this household name are looking to hire a Pensions Officer to work alongside the Head of Pensions to provide support and guidance to the Trustees and to Pension Members. You will provide secretarial services to the trustee directors, and will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of complex pension issues, and communicating this to a variety of stakeholders.
Candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience gained working within the technical support function of either and I house scheme or a Third Party Administration/Pension Consulting Business. You will need excellent UK final salary regulatory and legislative knowledge, ideally sitting alongside a general understanding of scheme funding and scheme investment strategy etc.
