Right now, they administer schemes with 175,000 members. They are developing new member and employer portals, and actively pursuing innovative ways of using technology to improve efficiency and the service provided to scheme members.
Pensions Officers are responsible for a broad spectrum of work, from calculating members’ benefits following voluntary retirement, redundancy or ill health retirement, to training colleagues and checking their work. As a Pensions Officer you would use your pension administration experience to recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Joining at this exciting time, you will work on schemes across all our client's partner organisations. You should demonstrate your fascination with numbers and passion for customer service and member liaison. Superb communication and relationship building skills will complete the essentials you need to be a success at this super organisation.
