As a result of continued growth, this global leader is looking to appoint a Pensions Project Manager. The Pensions Project Manager will need to manage projects using appropriately rigorous project management disciplines based on Prince2 principles, to deliver real business value. The role will also provide support/coaching/consultancy to other projects and programmes running across the company encouraging the use of those same disciplines. The Pensions Project Manager will need to have an excellent knowledge and experience of operational project management disciplines, including planning, tracking, reporting and issue/risk and change management. Previous experience of working in the Pensions Administration Industry would be an advantage. To be considered for Pensions Project Manager role, experience of successfully leading people in virtual teams to achieve the end objective of the project, as well as experience of change management projects would be essential.
