This leading global HR and Benefit Consulting practice which provides a full range of services to a large portfolio of corporate clients and to trustees is looking to hire a highly capable and experienced Senior Consultant to join their specialist Defined Contribution team. The team advises clients on all aspects of DC pension provision, including scheme design, provider selection, communication, investment and ongoing governance. This role will focus on leading the delivery of DC consulting work to both trust and corporate clients, and on developing business opportunities with existing and new clients. The successful candidate will ideally be working as a consultant or senior consultant in a corporate pension’s environment and have gained a minimum or at least 5 years’ experience of working in a similar advisory capacity. A professional qualification such as APMI or CII Level 4 Diploma is required. You should possess a first-class technical understanding of the UK DC pensions’ landscape and the associated regulation and legislation. A strong knowledge of both trust and contract based arrangements is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong track record of business development and ongoing consulting delivery.
