Our client is looking to recruit a new Pensions Administrator to join the already well-established member services team processing all aspects of DC/DB pensions administration, calculation and payment of benefits for employee pension schemes.
You will provide efficient handling of correspondence, and answer all e-mail and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third party institutions, whilst also assisting with scheme renewal queries and issuing of benefit statements as required. You will process work in accordance with documented workflow procedures, undertake general checking and review responsibilities for less experienced team members.
You will be trained to play a key role in the operation of these pension schemes and become involved in all aspects of the day-to-day pensions administration activities, developing your skills and gaining new knowledge in this ever-changing and challenging environment.
You will possess excellent IT skills and be detail oriented, accurate, numerate and literate. You will be used to using your own initiative and have the adaptability and flexibility to become a good team member.
