Senior Pensions Consultant - London
Working in a smaller team of pension consultants you will manage your own portfolio of corporate pension scheme clients which will involve the day to day management of company DB and DC pension schemes. There is an established client portfolio ready to be managed and you will build new relationships with clients who are very happy with their current pension’s service provider. The role is broad you will support both companies and trustees on pension and employee benefit arrangements where you will be the main contact, acting as a trued Client Relationship Manager for all services ensuring that SLA’s and budgets are adhered to and ensuring that any problems are addressed and solutions put in place. You will be involved with mentoring and managing junior members of the team as well as developing your client accounts and working on new projects. This is not a new business role but you will get involved with pitching for prospective business. We are seeking someone with good technical knowledge, Governance experience who can deliver Secretarial services to Trustees, appoint providers and is comfortable with report writing and presentations. Experience in scheme design changes will be important as will be the communication projects associated with this type of work.
