Business Performance & Data Manager – West Midlands
You will play a key role in ensuring delivery of a high standard of pensions’ administration services for members. You will lead on transformation and performance management monitoring the on-going development and reporting of KPIs, review the pensions’ administration strategy and be responsible for the pensions’ data and maintenance. Managing a team of Analyst and processors, you must process strong leadership skills. Your team will manage key fund projects, including scheme buy ins, driving implementation and scheme events. To be considered for this role you will have significant pensions project management experience with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects and to demonstrate the ability to drive and embed change.
