Are you a Pensions Administrator or Senior Pensions Administrator eager for new pastures or to work for a large in-house scheme on a permanent basis? If yes, our client has a new vacancy within one of the teams in their large in-house pension department, made just for you!
You will have previous pension scheme administration experience and be proficient in either Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit pension administration, ideally with a strong focus on Defined Benefit work, and if you have both, then of course this would be ideal, but not essential. You will possess the knowledge, expertise and sensitivity to process all types of member events including handling of new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths. You will need to be an expert communicator and be efficient in handling and processing telephone, online, written and in-person enquiries, providing clear and accurate information to members and beneficiaries. You will also be competent in using pension administration software to its maximum efficiency.
