Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with an award-winning Pensions consultancy and administration firm in Berkshire, who are currently looking for experienced Pensions Team Leaders and Pensions Manager to apply for this role, and become part of their successful business - based in lovely new offices - and lead a team of Pensions Administrators covering several large Defined Contribution Pension schemes.

If you want to develop your career within the Pensions field - in an expansive position that offers you the chance to hone your skills; such as administration, project management and client management - then this is the perfect role for you!

The successful candidate for this role will need to be an experienced, competent Pensions Manager or Team Leader who possesses a wealth of experience of working within the pension industry on Defined Contribution schemes. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience of coaching and training junior staff, conducting appraisals and recruitment campaigns, and have the manual calculations experience to be able check work accurately and to tight deadlines, as well as good knowledge of Pensions legislation and administration procedures. Previous exposure to improving administrative processes and working closely with Trustees, as well as having PMI qualifications, would also be advantageous.
