If you are an experienced Pensions Secretary and have significant knowledge of the Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution market - then this could be the right role for you! Our client, a highly successful Pensions Consultancy based in the heart of Edinburgh are looking to employ an experienced Pensions Secretary to join their vibrant and growing team.

Within this role you will be performing a varied role including preparation of agendas, meeting packs, briefings as required, minute taking and, organisation of meetings for the Trustees of schemes they administer. Other duties will include preparation of PowerPoint presentations, assistance with preparation of tender documents and other ancillary duties related to these schemes such as governance issues.

To be successful, in addition to the relevant Pensions experience required to perform the role, you need to be able to display the following skills and attributes:
* Ability to work as part of a team and to develop good working and friendly relationships with clients also essential;
* Well developed communication skills both oral and written; and
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and work to strict deadlines.
* Must have previous experience working as a Pensions Secretary (DB & DC Pensions schemes)
