Pensions Administrator

Basic salary £18,000 - £28,000 plus bonus and benefits

 

One of the UK’s leading specialists in pensions and employee benefits who provide third party administration services for DB/DC schemes are looking to appoint a Pensions Administrator to their team in Leeds. 

The role will be to work within a designated team, servicing both member and client queries in relation to mainly DB pension schemes.

Responsibilities will include; ensuring that all delivery promises and performance standards are achieved, being a point of reference on technical issues, monitoring own workflow, being the main point of contact for an agreed list of clients, and maintaining and developing client relationships, communicating effectively with client/ scheme members via the telephone and in writing and undertaking pensions calculations.

You must have experience within another third party or in-house pensions department, have excellent interpersonal skills, be computer literate and have good knowledge of occupational pension schemes.

The role is offering a competitive basic salary + bonus, alongside a number of other benefits for the right candidate.
