Client Services Administrator - London
Working for this reputable firm, you will support the Consultants in every aspect of their client work. You will ensure the database is updated in relation to client records and anti money laundering accountabilities. The role is varied, you will have direct liaison with providers and clients, being the first point of contact for all enquiries, you will check documentation and chase up outstanding information and ensure all information is scanned and meets due diligence standards. The position will cover a variety of products for private clients in relation to holistic financial planning for pensions, investment and protection. You will have experience of preparing annual reviews, preparing client review packs meeting and be involved with cash balance queries and drawdown reviews. Relevant professional qualifications preferred, as will be someone who is organised, able to take ownership and can work effectively in a team environment.
