We are working with an award winning national pensions organisation whose specialist systems division is now recruiting
This specialist division support the broader business in a variety of areas and provides technical, IT and specialist expertise in key areas including new business activity, existing scheme support, project management, systems support, business Interface with IT Services; and management reporting.
This specific opportunity of Business Support Analyst is based in their Project Management team, which supplies the project management expertise for projects undertaken by the other BSG teams and wider business. They also work closely with business management, client management and the administration teams.
As a member of this team, you can expect to work on a number of projects concurrently and across diverse teams and locations, where you will support the Project manager in keeping the project team apprised of upcoming tasks and deadlines and to record items such as project risks as they arise. This will also include the creation and maintenance of a number of project documents such as project plans, actions logs, highlight reports and risk logs
Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent, although applications will also be considered from those with strong A Level qualifications (or equivalent qualifications) who possess relevant experience, it is essential that you possess proven IT proficiency (in particular Word and Excel), coupled with precious project based experience, the ability to create and manage documentation and a high degree of accuracy and planning skills.
