Pensions Team Leader Worcestershire £40,000 pa
The UK’s largest provider of Actuarial, administration and consultancy services is seeking a proactive and forward thinking Team Leader to manage one of their pensions administration teams who administer a portfolio of occupational DB and DC schemes. Reporting directly to the Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for allocating the team workloads, monitoring the performance of the team against SLA’s and to provide training and mentoring where required. Alongside your management duties, you will work on your own portfolio of clients and provide a full administration service. Other duties will include overseeing and managing the annual project work for the team, including the production of annual benefit statements. You will liaise directly with the clients and attend meetings where required.
To be considered for this role you will have current experience of supervising a pensions team, excellent knowledge of UK pensions legislation and ideally progressing towards the APMI qualification.
