A Local Government Organisation are currently looking to expand across their Pensions division following a period of sustained success in the market. They are looking to add an experienced Pensions Team Leader to their team in Surrey.

You will be responsible for managing a team of around 10 employees and you will oversee the day to day running of the team. You will need to complete appraisals with all your staff and ensure their personal development is addressed by organising the relevant training. You will have a vast knowledge of Pensions Administration and step in and ensure all work is completed the highest of standards.

The successful candidate will need to have worked in a similar position and have experience of working on DB schemes, and it would be a massive advantage if you have worked on Local Government Pension Scheme as well. You will need to have a thorough understanding of all up to date Pension Legislation and be able to demonstrate prior experience of leading a team.
