We have a fantastic new vacancy with a highly regarded Actuarial Consultancy who is seeking a Pensions Analyst to join their friendly team in London. This role will involve a broad mix of client and non-client work. You will be supporting colleagues in various key areas including Trustee secretarial services, benefit and reward strategy, Trustee governance reviews (including trustee effectiveness and risk management), as well as pensions management support and communication exercises. You will be involved in flexible benefits and salary sacrifice arrangements, procurement exercises and data cleansing projects; a really diverse and interesting role.
Duties will be varied and challenging and include (but not be limited to) drafting emails, letters and reports, analysing data and performing calculations, attending internal and client meetings and taking notes and/or minutes, communicating with clients and their other advisers by phone and email, updating project management documents.
You must have good knowledge of pensions and experience of working in the pensions/Employee Benefits sector and be able to work well in team environments whilst being self motivated with a key eye for detail.
