Working for this leading Employee Benefits Consultancy firm your role as Senior Administrator will encompass a great deal of technical emphasis. You will be undertaking complex member administration and some Scheme Event tasks with efficiency, competency and professionalism. You will be checking the work of your colleagues, ensuring that Client service level agreements are met in all cases.

You must have strong experience in the administration of occupational pension schemes and be able to accurately calculate and pay out benefits for members of the scheme where appropriate, both manually and using system driven calculations. Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution experience is essential, a working knowledge of both would be ideal.
