The Public Service Pensions Board (PSPB) is looking for an Administration Director to play a critical role in driving efficient and effective Pensions administration for their DB and DC plans.
About PSPB
PSPB is a statutory authority responsible for administering the Public Service, Parliamentary, and Judicial Pension Plans, which include both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution provisions.
About the role
- Lead Pension Administration and oversight of the Member Services Department.
- Ensure delivery of a broad portfolio of customer-facing services, driving Member Services and customer engagement effectiveness and operational efficiency in support of service delivery and innovation.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Pensions Officer, working closely with the Director, Pension Management, to improve internal efficiency through technology and automation while ensuring that the function is managed in compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations.
- Supervise, guide and mentor team members, deputize and act for the CPO as needed.
About you
- You will have a demonstrable track record in third party or in house pension administration, a minimum of 5 years at managerial or similar level.
- Ideally APMI or equivalent.
- Familiarity with public sector operations and pension administration is desirable.
