Position Overview
The DB Pension Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the company's defined benefit pension scheme, ensuring accurate administration and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in pension administration, payroll, and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Perform all activities associated with scheme administration
• Manage payroll, membership, and contributions
• Conduct GMP revaluation, reconciliation, and buy-in reconciliation
• Handle manual calculations, HMRC RTI, and Bacs
• Process foreign payments and generate reports
Requirements
• Pensions experience - proficient in DB scheme administration, including GMP and buy-in reconciliation
• Skilled in payroll, manual calculations, HMRC RTI, Bacs, and foreign payments
• Experienced in report writing and using Excel and pension administration systems
