Exceptional opportunity within a market-leading Consultancy for a DC Operations specialist to join a growing team, excellent development potential.

About the role

  • Responsible for BAU project delivery covering all regular scheduled projects
  • Also oversee ad-hoc projects and look to improve process/procedures
  • Attend Client and Trustee Meetings
  • Oversee Project roadmaps, ensure healthy workflow and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and mentor Team Members

About you

  • Background in DC pension schemes administration and/or DC Master Trust.
  • Experience of working on or supervising a projects team
  • Strong Communication skillset
  • Can-do attitude
