Do you have a passion for DB Pension projects? In this newly created role, you will be the scheme expert and as such take the lead in running, monitoring, and managing of both ad-hoc and complex BAU projects. Playing a critical part within the team in ensuring that client reporting and compliance requirements are met and delivered within the specified timelines.Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for client-specific projects and you will collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellence in the service to the client and scheme members. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of complex DB schemes who understands the links between data, calculations and multiple project streams. You will be someone who enjoys a client facing role and be confident in liaising with them on technical queries which will often be complex.
This role will be perfect for a DB expert who wants to be challenged beyond a typical Senior Administrator or Team Leader role. You will be guiding and supporting colleagues, taking a leading role by sharing your knowledge and improving processes but without the day-to-day people management responsibilities. This type of specialist role is not often available and could be the career move you have been waiting for so if you have excellent DB experience from a large in-house scheme or a TPA environment please apply without delay.
Hybrid working in the Surrey office or 100% remote would be considered for those unable to commute.
