We are seeking a number of experienced Project Manager's with experience from within the Pensions or Financial Services sector to join an expanding homebased team on a permanent basis. Proven project management track record in a delivery environment and Pensions experience is essential.
Job Description:
- Identify and report key success criteria / measurements for successful delivery of the project (Cost, Time and Quality)
- Lead and drive the delivery team, ensure the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
- Lead or take ownership of the governance for the Project, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their aspect of the delivery.
- Ensuring the right culture and attitude is embedded in how we operate to achieve successful business outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven project management track record in a delivery environment
- DB Pensions experience is essential
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
- Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management both internally at all levels and with third parties
- Must be able to lead, motivate and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams
