  • You will manage and deliver flexible benefits plans for UK and Ireland employees with keen focus on robust governance
  • Support in the development and delivery of the company’s wellbeing strategy 
  • Work closely with providers, with HR & wider Benefits team particularly around employee engagement, wellbeing and education

  • You will be able to draw on extensive Benefits experience ideally gained across in-house and consulting environments
