About the role
- Be responsible for making sure that customers' pensions are accurately maintained, this will involve checking the work of less experienced members of staff as well as performing manual calculations
- Support for trustees and in-house personnel
- Communicate with clients, their members and advisers
About you
- Good standard of Maths and English (GCSE / A Level preferred or equivalent)
- Previous DC or DB pension administration experience or similar
- Relevant Financial Services or Professional Services experience
- A willingness to make progress towards further professional qualifications would be a benefit; however, proven experience in the role is more desirable than academic achievement
