About the role 
  • Manage the pensions department which deals with approximately 100 Workplace Pension schemes 
  • Provide support on Group Life schemes, Group Income Protection schemes and Group Private Medical Schemes. 
  • Manage workflow and work to agreed SLA's 
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Workplace Pensions Schemes 
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations to employers/scheme member 
  • Dealing with Auto-enrolment duties 
  • Re-enrolment and Re-declaration of Compliance 

About you 
  • Previous Workplace Pension scheme experience is essential, 
  • Knowledge of Group Life, GIP and Private medical schemes would be advantageous 
  • Working knowledge of DB and DC would be helpful but not essential.
