Develop client base and look to enhance existing strategies and objectives
Key focal point for larger clients - Oversee client allocation and ensure SLA's are met
Ensure Senior Team Members are motivated and delivering outstanding services
Identify and initiate new business development activities

Qualified Actuary
Background in Pension deliverables - strong management skillset
Ability to enhance delivery
