Working closely with the head of distribution for workplace savings, the brief will involve originating, developing and delivering new business via a network of top class consulting firms as well as expanding this network of professional connections. It is likely that the successful candidate will come from the EBC community and will be used to dealing with large, complex, trust based schemes in the DC/Master Trust space, exposure to DB schemes would also be helpful. Relationship management skills will also carry a high value, as will the kind of technical and commercial acumen you would expect from a class leader.
