 About the role 
  • Motivate and develop team members 
  • Develop relationships with clients and be the focal point for delivery 
  • Work with other facets of the business to deliver a full range of services 
  • Enhance systems in order to maintain/surpass client expectations 

 About you 
  • Background in pensions administration across DB/DC 
  • Experience in managing and developing a team 
  • Previous experience of developing/enhancing service
