Working in a multi-disciplined team within the In-house Pensions Department of a FTSE 100 Company you will deal with all administrative aspects of the Pension Plan, which is a DB/DC hybrid scheme with over £3 billion assets and over 27,000 members.

The in-house pension department sets their own internal SLA's, which unlike perhaps your past experience of SLA's allows a large amount of time per case, so you are never stressed, worried about time limitations and clock watching. Instead you can work on each of your cases feeling relaxed, focused, with plenty of time to undertake accurate and thorough calculations or checks. The team work in a very proactive, energised and forward-thinking way, achieving excellent service standards for their members through quality of work, not simply quantity. They really are a centre of excellence.  Once you have mastered internal systems and processes there are always other projects and new things in pensions to learn.

Promotion and reward is based on your ability and experience, not your job title or what your work job description says, so if you want to not only feel valued but be rewarded than this is the role for you.

Hopefully after reading the aforementioned you will feel this role is a perfect career move, but if you need more convincing, our client also offers, full or part-time working, and just 1 day per week only in the office for anyone full-time, or 1 day every 2 weeks for part-time employees, with further flexibility around this depending on your personal circumstances.
