Rare, challenging and very attractive role in the Company Secretariat function of a substantial pension fund. The role involves supporting the corporate governance, company secretarial and Pensions and Employee Benefits management functions and sits alongside the Legal and Regulatory teams, supporting both the Board and a range of committees. As well as the usual corporate management and administrative functions, the team also liaises with a wide range of professional advisers. The ideal candidate will offer experience of company secretarial work, independent trusteeship in the pensions sector, governance programmes, minute taking and Board/Committee support and a knowledge of the Companies Act and associated legislation. An excellent package will be made available for the right candidate.
