Are you available to start immediately or at very short notice? This well-regarded, industry leading third party pensions provider requires new contract pension administration support to work from home for an initial 5 months.
Our client is seeking experienced occupational pensions Administrators who are able to work on their own initiative, and you will be working on all types of member events, such as leavers, retirement and transfer cases. You will also be asked to promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on queries when required via letter, e-mail and telephone.
Other key duties will include the opportunity to act as a coach and provide timely feedback to peers and be a champion of change and provide opinions if you have an idea to create more efficiencies. You will also check and review your colleagues' work and guide them along the way to ultimately providing an excellent service to the members and the pension scheme as a whole.
You must be able to perform manual and computerised pension scheme calculations, and have in-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes. Good Excel skills would also be helpful.
