Due to significant new business wins and ongoing success this award-winning company are looking to expand their Pensions consultancy team.
You will have strong knowledge of Defined Benefit occupational schemes and have extensive experience of supporting Trustees with governance and secretarial matters. We have newly created positions at both Consultant and Senior Consultant level. You will be looking after a portfolio of clients with broad and varied responsibilities including preparation of Trustee Reports, accounts and Scheme Returns. You will be consulting on scheme design and modification and advising as to the effect of actual or anticipated changes in law, or employee benefit practice.
You will be attending at regular meetings of the trustees and of scheme members and drafting explanatory literature for the scheme, i.e., announcements and booklets, etc. You will be responsible for liaising with solicitors, insurers and others, as well as negotiations and liaison with HMRC and other regulatory bodies in connection with the running of the scheme.
