We are looking for an expert in DC technical issues to join the compliance team within this large UK Master Trust.
Extensive knowledge of Defined Contribution pensions is essential, this can be within either trust-based or master trusts but will include excellent understanding of auto-enrolment, taxation and pension flexibilities. Experience of working in a Project Team would be highly advantageous.
This will be a broad and varied role with tremendous progression opportunities for someone who wishes to develop their specialism in the regulatory and compliance area.
In your new role you will be a subject matter expert on DC pension technical issues and be responsible for providing high quality technical support on a DC master trust to all business areas. You will be supporting the completion of FCA/PRA/TPR regulatory returns and ensuring existing operational processes remain up to date, taking into account financial services legislation and requirements relevant to the Group.
You will be undertaking analysis and impact assessment of new pension and tax legislation; providing guidance to the wider business and supporting change initiatives as and when required and reviewing member communications and product literature to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements.
